Dr. Normand Miller is a highly experienced vascular surgeon recognized for his excellence in phlebology (diagnosis and treatment of vein diseases) and vascular surgery. With over two decades dedicated to treating venous disorders, Dr. Miller combines advanced training with a compassionate, patient-centered philosophy. His approach focuses on restoring both health and confidence through individualized, minimally invasive treatments that promote lasting results and improved quality of life.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Miller has performed thousands of successful vein procedures, helping patients find relief from chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, and other vascular conditions. He takes pride in using modern diagnostic and treatment techniques, including ultrasound-guided therapy and endovenous ablation, to ensure the highest standards of care and comfort.
His leadership in medical education includes serving as Program Director for the Vascular Surgery Residency Program and Assistant Professor at McGill University, where he trained and mentored future vascular surgeons.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Miller has contributed extensively to vascular research and medical publications, particularly in the areas of venous disease, vascular imaging, and minimally invasive treatment innovations.
