Dr. Keith Nichols is a highly experienced physician specializing in venous and lymphatic medicine, with more than 22 years dedicated to diagnosing and treating vein disease. He is passionate about helping patients achieve improved comfort, mobility, and confidence through modern, minimally invasive, in-office vein procedures.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nichols has treated thousands of patients suffering from chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, and other venous conditions. His patient-centered approach focuses on personalized care plans that utilize advanced diagnostic imaging and evidence-based treatment techniques to ensure safe, effective, and comfortable treatment outcomes.

Dr. Nichols has held leadership roles within established vein care organizations and has served in senior clinical positions overseeing patient care and treatment standards. His extensive experience reflects a long-standing commitment to clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and advancing best practices in venous and lymphatic care.

Dr. Nichols is deeply committed to expanding access to vein care, recognizing that more than half of individuals over the age of 60 experience significant vein disease. He finds great fulfillment in helping patients look better, feel better, and regain a more active and comfortable lifestyle through office-based treatment options.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Nichols values giving back to the community. He previously founded and directed a free medical clinic in Virginia and remains committed to supporting community outreach efforts that expand access to quality healthcare.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Nichols enjoys spending time with his wife and family, including his granddaughter and beloved Yorkie. He enjoys golfing, exercising, visiting the beach, and prioritizing meaningful time with loved ones.
